Refund policy

We offer a 5-day return policy. You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at leile.uae@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
